Set in a historic part of town with a corner site facing south east, and views north to the harbour, the developer sought to maximise the site giving each apartment its own individual aspect. Achieved over three stories, the apartments were carefully crafted to gain sun, private courtyards and a strong connection to the water. The clustered building forms and separation of the executive townhouses create wonderful open air spaces that were a delight for the occupiers and in demand for the developers.
