This extremely popular development includes five 260sqm units with double garages on the south side of the site. This development also includes two executive townhouses together with a gated house. The form is contemporary with all units taking advantage of Tauranga’s harbour views.  This commission was in association with Ambienti Architecture with Marcus Stufkens as lead sole designer under the Loxodonta Design umbrella before Steve and he joined up as Stufkens+Chambers Architects.
