Riccarton Apartments

This set of apartments had to be both professional and liveable, able to service both businesspeople and families as part of the rapidly developing eastern suburbs. By dividing the site into efficient but elegant forms, softened by natural wood and individualised by punches of colour, we were able to maximise both the occupiable floor area and the outlook and daylighting for each unit. The apartment complex has been hugely successful for the client, serving as a superb example of simplicity and elegance coming together in a cost effective package.
